Questions have been asked at F&C about central funding for FCERM as is always the case. My bigger worry right now is our sector’s ability to spend £5.2bn efficiently, wisely or even at all. We know the next 7 years are crucial. We know a failure to spend these funds will seriously undermine our credibility to appeal for more. So, I have two questions for you.
1. How confident are you about our ability to deliver?
2. What are the blockers?

If you were to start again and set a new regulatory regime for water management- what wpu3ld it look like ?

Would it continue the seperation of waters that we currently have ? Or seek to shift it up ?
